We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team on a long-term basis.
π Working hours:
From Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Occasional availability for evening shifts is also required, in case of staff absence or operational needs.
π Main responsibilities:
β Preparing antipasti and pizza ingredients
β Managing desserts and the pastry section
β Receiving, checking, and storing ingredients and supplies
β Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality and organization
π Requirements:
β Proven and solid experience in a similar role
β Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
β Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
β Reliability, punctuality, and genuine passion for the job
