We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team on a long-term basis.
đ Working hours:
From Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Occasional availability for evening shifts is also required, in case of staff absence or operational needs.
đ Main responsibilities:
â Preparing antipasti and pizza ingredients
â Managing desserts and the pastry section
â Receiving, checking, and storing ingredients and supplies
â Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality and organization
đ Requirements:
â Proven and solid experience in a similar role
â Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
â Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
â Reliability, punctuality, and genuine passion for the job
