This role involves performing Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), Emergency Maintenance (EM) repairs, and operating sorting equipment. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring equipment efficiency and reliability. Key Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance (PM): Implement and manage maintenance schedules, conduct routine inspections, and collaborate on improvement opportunities. Corrective Maintenance (CM): Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure minimal operational disruption. Emergency Maintenance (EM): Respond to urgent repair requests, coordinate emergency solutions, and document causes and recommendations. Sorting Equipment Operation: Run, monitor, and troubleshoot sorting equipment, maintain accuracy, and train staff. Documentation: Maintain records of all maintenance activities, prepare reports, and collaborate on technical documentation.
