Corrective Maintenance (CM): Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure minimal operational disruption. Emergency Maintenance (EM): Respond to urgent repair requests, coordinate emergency solutions, and document causes and recommendations. Sorting Equipment Operation: Run, monitor, and troubleshoot sorting equipment, maintain accuracy, and train staff.
