Your tasks
- You will support our kitchen management in planning, tasting and creating dishes for the menu
- Waste is a no-go for you, so always ensure optimal use and storage of goods
- Preparation is the be-all and end-all, good mise en place and careful handling of all kitchen appliances are part of your everyday work
- You accompany new colleagues and trainees as they start into the world of culinary and share your knowledge and expertise
You should bring that with you:
- Do you have a passion for good products and craftsmanship in processing them? Then grab your wooden spoon and come to us!
- An over-salted soup and a rattling receipt printer won't upset you and you'll show flexibility if something burns
- Knowledge of inventory management and control as well as hygiene and HACCP guidelines will get you off the ground
- You are hungry for knowledge and want to continually develop yourself
- You are characterized by a positive charisma and joy in work and in the team
- You have completed training as a chef and have ideally been able to gain initial professional experience in the kitchen area of a hotel or restaurant
