We are looking for a person to run our small, simple, busy kitchen on Østerbro. We keep things simple but of good quality, and have focus on running a fast paced, clean kitchen. Our concept is spanish, we do sandwiches, salads and snack plates and seat 60 persons plus we do private parties. You need to be able run the kitchen on your own, so experience and an ability to work independently is a must. We have a strong team but we need the last peace of the puzzle - hopefully its you :)
