We’re looking for a part time wine server for 1-2 weekly shifts. Do you know a little something about wine and just as importantly are you curious about wine and would love to know more? We’re looking for somebody who’s keen on learning more about the world of wine, who wants to understand what natural wine is, what we understand with maceration, volatile acidity, tannins, malolactic fermentation etc. We guarantee it’ll be a joyful and tasteful journey into the realm of wine and beverages and most likely one you’ll be carrying with you for the rest of your life. v.Lo is a small, intimate and cozy wine bar with a lively atmosphere, lots of regulars, good colleagues and a relaxed and chilled ambience. At times very busy, other times relaxed, but always with attention to great service with a smile. Our bar is very inclusive and we treat each and everybody well, including our staff.
