Main tasks:
- Service to the guest
- Representation of the station management after appropriate training
- Always provide courteous and professional service
- Knowledge of all services and products of the hotel and Brasserie Quarré
- A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the department
- Upselling
- Maintenance of equipment and mis-en-place work
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- You have completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry
- You have good knowledge of German and English (any other foreign language is an advantage)
- You have already gained professional experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry
- You work independently, independently and with commitment
