Who are we We are FREDERICKS Berlin our restaurant - bar is in the Sony Center at Potsdamer Platz. Our bar is nominated as BEST Newcomer Bar (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) 2022. Opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday (lunch and dinner) with occasional events such as the New Faces Award from the Bunte. We are closed on Christmas. Our head office is in London where we manage restaurants such as Fenchurch in Sky Garden, Coda by Eric Chaovt, Elgar Brasserie and Verdi Italian Kitchen in the Royal Albert Hall. We also manage restaurants in New York like Wild Ink and Peak in Hudson Yard. Annual salary is €29,000 to €33,000 gross Who are we looking for?
