The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your main job is to welcome guests warmly, take their drink and food orders accurately, and serve them efficiently. After they finish their meals, you'll clear tables and keep the dining area clean. You'll also chat with guests, suggest menu items, and handle payments carefully. If there are any problems, you'll fix them right away to make sure guests are happy. Teamwork is key to create a great dining experience for everyone. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required. - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. - Basic math skills to handle transactions and calculate bills accurately. - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. - Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and cleanliness of the dining area. - Willingness to learn and follow restaurant policies and procedures.
