What will you do:
As a Sous Chef you are responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen. You know how to get the best out of your team members, and you ensure a culinary experience for every guest. You actively assist with cooking, and you support the Executive Head Chef with various projects to improve processes in the kitchen. You contribute to changes in the menu and update recipes. You assist with activities such as complying with and checking hygiene procedures, managing the kitchen stock and placing orders.
Who are you?
• You are a natural leader and have experience in managing and training a team.
• You have solid experience from a busy kitchen and preferable from a similar position.
• You have strong communication and organizational skills and you have a good command of the
Danish and English language.
• Flexible - shifts can vary in both length and hours.
