For a restaurant opening in March, we are searching and screening people for an head waiter/restaurant manager position. the name is Topicàl, and will be born on the same location of the old Relæ restaurant. Casual gourmet with Italian roots but not tipical Italian, focused on Organic, seasonal, sustainable vegetables & co. We have space for 35 guests at the time, 4 days a week only dinner. A knowledge or interest in wine and beverage is required.
