Ark Collection is a collective of restaurants that are 100% plant based and vegan. We consist of ARK (Green Michelin), Bistro Lupa (6hearts politiken), Souls Streetfood (Torvehallen) and soon to open Souls Eatery (Carlsberg Byen).
