You must very much be a food geek like us, whether you prepare a salad with seasonal vegetables or tenderloin with the good cuts of the veal, it is always with creativity and reduction of food waste in focus.
Your tasks:
- Among other things, it will be you who:
- plans the menu for the canteen
- makes cold dishes
- can both work in hot and cold batches
- prepares meat products from scratch, e.g. fresh medister or cutting whole animals
- prepares fresh salads from seasonal greens
- home smoking goods
- long-term preparation of soups and stews

Workplace, working hours and your future possibilities:
Place of work: Your future place of work will be at our customer Topsøe Frederikssund, Heimdalsvej 4-6 3600 Frederikssund.
Working hours : 37 hours per week . Your working hours are primarily Monday to Friday between 06.30 - 14.30. There will be weekend work approx. every 3rd weekend, and weekday evenings may also occur.
