PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING. Manager for restaurant Juju in Østerbro. We are looking for an experienced manager for our restaurant. We expect that you have experience from similar positions. We are a Korean restaurant with focus on good produce and taste. We are open 7 days a week for dinner and lunch Friday-Sunday We offer a dynamic and ambitious work environment. With a lot of positive energy amongst staff and guests. Er ser an international team, so Danish is not a must byt a plus, however you’ll have to be strong in English both speaking and writing. We were awarded best bistro of the year by the association of danish food critics in 2023 and the same year awarded a bib gourmand by the Michelin guide which we still have here in 2024 We offer a 3-3 schedule where your role is to be the one in charge for one of the two teams. You’ll be working closely with your manager colleague from the other team and the two owners to bring Juju to the next level. In August and September we will be doing a pop up in the Japanese pagoda in Tivoli together with our sister restaurant Koan which you’ll also be a part of.
