As a housekeeping supervisor (m/f/d) your tasks include: - Monitoring cleaning processes in guest rooms and public areas - Ensuring compliance with cleanliness and quality standards - Carrying out inspections and quality controls - Preparation of reports on key performance indicators and suggestions for improvement - Work closely with the housekeeping team to optimize processes Your profile with which you inspire us: - Experience in housekeeping in the hotel industry - Knowledge of quality management and control processes - Analytical thinking skills and accuracy in data analysis - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team - Knowledge of spoken and written German Requirements for the applicant: Basic knowledge: laundry and clothing care - Advanced knowledge: staff planning, guest relations, decorating (rooms), housekeeping, laundry management - Expert knowledge: cleaning, floor and room service, housekeeping (housekeeping department) - Ideally already experience as a housekeeping supervisor (m⁠/⁠f⁠/⁠d).
