As a kitchen employee at Grillen Burgerbar, your main task is to deliver a top product on every serving that leaves the hatch.You must love working at a fast pace, where communication, collaboration and speed are the keys to a successful evening. Working in the kitchen at Grillen does not require previous kitchen experience, but rather that you have the will to learn and give your best every single day. It is the kitchen's task to deliver the food on time to our many in-house and Take Away guests. You will learn all positions and aspects of the work in your training, and will deal with all the positions such as "The steak", "The assembler", "The packer" and "The fryer" You must be able to keep many burgers in the air - and have a good mood. Maybe you are our next lightning-quick packager, or the employee who puts the fritters right in the cupboard every time? Regardless of where you end up standing, we can guarantee you that you will be able to feel the good mood. The good mood plays a big role in all our kitchens, and a good atmosphere is very important.
